About Me
I began my professional journey in 2001, starting out in print advertising for a local paper. I worked for various print and online media companies before I decided to leave that life behind and embarked on an adventure to Malta for three years.
It was there that I was first introduced to the world of agile product development and optimisation by Hotjar founder David Darmanin.
Since then I have forged a career in defining, delivering, optimising and measuring success for digital products for the likes of ASOS, Sky, LV=, New Look and Red Badger. I've also consulted many high profile organisations on their product strategy and their delivery frameworks through the use of data, enabling them to become more user-centric and data-driven in their decision making.
I’m a great believer in cross-functional ways of working as part of a product team and always strive to bring data and user research to the heart of the conversation when it comes to building great products.

As an educator I pride myself in guiding entrepreneurs looking to transition into product management and as a presenter and voice over artist I truly love delighting audiences through creativity.

I'm also a pretty big fan of my cat Lucie. She follows me everywhere!
